Personnel Compliance Management
MAXXESS Utilization of System to Provide Complex Control Logic within a Non-Proprietary Framework
Today’s requirements for Personnel Compliance Management including tracking expiration of certifications and testing can cost companies millions of dollars each year in fines and penalties. Companies find it increasingly difficult to manage and track dates related to compliance which directly impacts who can access the building.
MAXXESS Systems has developed software that manages and tracks multiple expiration dates to automatically disable personnel from access to buildings and other sensitive areas. The latest installation is for a Tennessee food packaging company that uses both contract labor and regular employees, all of which are subject to Federal compliance certification.
The MAXXESS software option allows companies to set expiration dates for criteria such as company contract period, contractors insurance, drug testing, safety testing and more. When the earliest of all expirations occurs, the system automatically disables the credential holder from access to buildings, elevators, and any other controlled end points.
Consistent with MAXXESS’ focus on offering solutions that are both, powerful and flexible, this feature can be used for any type of expiration management and for applications not necessarily restricted to personnel compliance initiatives.
